CONCEPTO ACTUAL DEL INTERÉS SUPERIOR DE LA NIÑEZ EN LA LEGISLACIÓN MEXICANA

Cuando se habla del PISN (principio del interés superior de la niñez), se refiere a los cuidados y necesidades de personas menores de 18 años, debido a su falta de madurez y estado de vulnerabilidad, mismo que ocasiona no tener capacidad jurídica para llevar a cabo actos legales, razón por la cual a nivel internacional se creó el PISN, en México se encuentra establecido en la CPEUM y se extiende a las leyes y normas locales de este país, con el fin de brindar protección a la niñez, sin embargo, no es claro cuál es su definición o que implica desenvolverse y hacerlo efectivo, dejándolo a libre interpretación y aplicación de los adultos responsables o de quienes administran justicia, por lo cual se busca realizar un meta-análisis sobre el estado del arte del concepto del PISN en México.
