Argumentation, Precedent and Diffuse Control

It examines and values the argumentation of a precedent thesis, which prescribes that the precedents of the Supreme Court cannot be subject to supervision of constitutionality or of conventionality by courts of lesser hierarchy. Such analysis and valuation is made based on textual and interpretative syllogistic schemes, and based on criteria of prevalence to solve the antinomies of normative premises of such syllogisms.
