Abstract

The judicial function analysis has never been simple. The justice system structure of our country should be understood since the existing dynamics between judges and lawyers. To do this, it is necessary to understand what moves to the lawyer and why does e urges judicial action, as well as what motivates a judge and their characteristics. Thus, the purpose of this essay is to analyze the characteristics of the relationship between judges and lawyers. From the point of view of the virtues and vices of the relationship of these, and to highlight the importance of the harmonic antagonism That it presents.
