GLOBALIZATION AS A DETERMINANT FACTOR FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZED CRIME

Analyzes the existing tensions between the existing limitations of National Law and the difficulty in combating Organized Crime and crimes of that order, from the refusal to acknowledge the problem to the limited strategies of the authority for its prosecution. Conceptualizes from the perspective of the main authors of the Neoconstitutional and Criminal Guarantee theories, the substantive terms that present friction in the matter.
